Owners at Pelican Bay have the option to sell privately or commission the Association to list on their behalf. Owners are able to set their own prices and choose how they proceed with marketing their lot.
For those that choose to commission, the Pelican Bay Cooperative Association will assist the seller and provide the following services:
Advertise your listing with full description and photos on the website.
The Park Manager can show the property to prospective buyers on your behalf to avoid multiple trips to the park for showings.
